We are making plans for our 11th annual Garden Tour and Faire.  Although the Garden Tour is a ticketed event,

the Garden Faire, as usual, will be promoted as an “admission-free” event, open to the public.

 

Our prime downtown location makes the Garden Faire easy to find for those who have attended in years past,

as well as for first time visitors.  A number of our downtown merchants will be open during the event.

 

Garden Faire Information:

Date:  Sunday, June 26, 2011

 

Time:  9:00 am – 4:00 pm (set up by 9 – stay until 4)

 

Vendor Booth Location:  on Cowls Street, between 2nd & 4th streets

(vendor parking & restrooms nearby)

 

Vendor Booth Space & Cost:  10’x10’ = $75          10’x20’ = $125

(no other fees)  Please make checks payable to: McMinnville Garden Club.

 

Registration

Please complete and return the enclosed registration form and your check to:

Vendors will receive free advertising in the Garden Tour ticket booklet if registration is received by April 10, 2011.
